===== Why does my game keep crashing? =====

    * The default versions of GMod 9.0.4 b and c are really unstable nowadays
        * [[download|Download]] and install the fixed repack
    * Even with the repack, GMod 9 is really picky about video settings:
        * Immediately restart your game after changing any video settings
        * Do not change your video settings mid-game
        * Playing in fullscreen will crash your game when you hit ALT+TAB
        * Play in windowed mode and don't minimize the game
    * Error "Your map differs from the server's." when trying to join a server
        * Delete the map that you are trying to join from your maps folder
        * The game will automatically redownload the map upon rejoining
